Early transformers: Rubbish at disguise

Peacemakers in disguise.

At the sacred meeting hall, Stormontron, the beginning of the end for the great war that has raged right under our noses for 500 years.

Leader of the Protobots - Optimus Paisley, sat side by side with his opposite number and leader of the Republicons - Septimus Adams.

Peace

Speaking in his broad, robotic voice Optimus Paisley announced his joy at the end of what appears to have been the long road

"Noye we haff the way forward for protobot and republicon to forget and erase from their memory banks the great evils our our pasts. We should not let the destruction of our past stop us marching forward in the name of peace."

Feck

Speaking for the first time in front of Optimus Paisley, the former evil Republicon leader, Septimus Adams appeared to support him

"By my metallic beard, republicon and protobot shall know peace together - their differences buried under a pile of scrap metal. At heart, we both are now the same - cold, maniacal, unceasing and tedious. We both can do well for ourselves out of this."

Arse

Although no metallic smiles were exchanged, these were both no longer angerbots - but true transformers.

At the end of the meeting both of the leaders transformed and rolled out - into the sunset of what could be peace for Stormontron.
